One of the great features of this Electro Brand Entertainment System is the auxiliary ipod audio input. The auxiliary input jacks let you connect an external device, such as a portable ipod or other MP3 player to the Jukebox. Now, thanks to the auxiliary feature on the 9230 you can listen to all your favorite MP3 tunes. This gives you the option to - Purchase pre-recorded music CDs. Download music to your portable ipod and connect it to the Auxiliary Inputs on the Jukebox. Note: You will need a patch cord 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male for your connection.

Initial defective items {DOA} must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Customers are NOT responsible for any shipping costs incurred in exchanging your Catvision Digital Electro Brand product for the first 30 days {USA shipments only}.
We will have UPS or FedEx pick up the defective item from you at NO COST to you {USA shipments only}. You will not have to go to the trouble of finding a way to ship the item back, we will come to you.
A "3" Attempt Call Tag will be issued to pick up the defective item. When we receive the item we will repair or replace the item and return it at our expense.
The exchange item will be shipped prepaid to the buyer also at no additional charge {USA shipments only}.
The Consumer Electronics industry standard return policy, including all major manufacturers, and all national retailers {Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, Etc.}, is for the Buyer to return the defective at their own expense.

The Electro Brand factory warranty is for 90 days. If an item is defective within that time, but after the first 30 days, the buyer needs to follow the instructions on the warranty card included with every Electro Brand item. This calls for calling the telephone number listed on the warranty card, obtaining an RA #, etc. .All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We inspect all returned merchandise. Any item that is returned and found not to be defective, will incur a 20% restocking fee and the buyer will then be charged with all of the actual shipping costs involving this transaction.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The shipping charges, if any, listed for this item is for merchandise shipped within the lower 48 continental United States via UPS or FedEx. UPS/FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes.
