The DOA policy does not apply if we provide a warranty on the item ourselves which will be noted in the listing. All car audio equipment requires a receipt from a professional installer to accompany any defective return. Should a defective item need to be returned for exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 2. Absolutely no modifications, adjustments or changes to your paypal address unless you contact us via eBay mail. These requests need to be handled on a personal, item by item, one on one basis. International - Global Priority Canada will take 5-10 days priority and 10-14 days first class and of course depending on customs. Europe will take 10-14 days priority and 21-24 days first class and of course also depending on customs. Australia will take 14-17 days priority and 24-27 days first class and of course also depending on customs. Other World Destinations will take 14+ days for priority and 21+ days for first class and of course also depending on customs. 12. Buyer to pay for shipping, handling and insurance. Buyer pays the fixed shipping charge as listed in the auction. The domestic charges are for USPS shipping to the continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, UPS Ground is higher to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  Items ordered before 11 AM Pacific Time, will ship the same day. 13. We ship domestic items over 3 pounds via UPS the balance with USPS. All international shipments are USPS. We try to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after receiving payment. Most domestic orders take 2-7 business days to arrive on Priority depending on your USA location to AZ.  You will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your shipment. Note that USPS does not update on a regular basis as does UPS, which is updated daily. 14. We leave feedback as soon as your item has been paid in full. We respond to all feedback issues. Should a problem arise with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We strive to keep all of our customers satisfied. If we do not respond, we may not be getting your emails or you may not be getting ours. Please be aware that if you have an AOL email you most likely will not get our emails because of the spam filters that accompany AOL accounts. 15. You are buying on only what is in the description and what is pictured in the photos, unless stated otherwise. If it is not listed in the description or package item list and you do not see it in the photos provided then it is not included. All technical questions, compatibility with your current hardware or software, and installation procedures are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 20. Due to inventory issues beyond our control, some items will go on backorder from time to time. All items are restocked on a regular basis and the wait time will be minimal before replacement inventory arrives, we do apologize, but it is a fact of business. 21. Multiple Item Shipping Discount: $1.00 off the original cost per each additional item is allowed on orders with multiple items. Example: Should you purchase 3 items with shipping of 6.95 on the first item, you would pay 6.95 + 5.95 + 5.95 on the shipment of the three items. Remember, shipping is very weight oreinted, Thank You. Multiple items must be purchased together in the same payment to qualify. This allows us the lowest possible prices for our customers. 22.
