Excellent Hammarlund HQ-180 receiver. This is the rarer version with the factory noise blanker installed. It and all the other controls seem to function properly. The receiver is sensitive and the type is known for great selectivity with the notch filter and selectable sideband independent of BFO. The clock works though it is missing the little knob on the back. the cabinet is really excellent! The face shows some signs of fading on the chrome surround but is very nice overall. Just a great looking and performing 180 with the noise blanker!
It will be properly packed with sheet building foam for protection. That and the boxes is about $20 of the shipping cost. Shipping cost is to west coast. It may be less if you are much closer. I ship via Fedex Ground or US Postal Service. Payment in US dollars must be received within 10 calendar days from close of auction, or item will be released for sale. Once packed this will be too big for international shipping except for Canada.
