All Items Sold AS-IS - NO RETURNS
Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sold AS-IS - NO returns are allowed. I will ONLY allow a return in the event my description is inaccurate, however in any event, all refunds issued will be minus shipping and a 5% restock fee. Items listed as "working" are tested for basic functions only, i.e. the amplifier passes sound, the turntable spins etc. I cannot test all functions of all items-that is why they are sold AS-IS.
Contacts and Shipping
Buyer always pays shipping. I charge actual shipping cost plus a $15.00 fee to cover the cost of packing materials. Winning bidder must contact me with a shipping address within 3 days. I will e-mail you with actual shipping costs and a total amount to pay. Sorry, NO COD's.
Payment Terms - U.S. Bidders
I accept Personal or business checks but allow 10 days to clear. No exceptions. A US postal money order, Paypal, is prefered and will insure immediate shipping. I must receive payment within 10 days of the close of auction or item will be relisted.
International Bidder Terms
