DETAILS: There
are no time limits on which you must build. You may use the land for a
home building site or investment. There are association fees of $54.00
per month with a one time transfer fee of $100.00 payable to the
Association. There are also $694.05 past due association fees (through October 2008) that will
be assumed by the new owner.
UTILITIES: Electrical power, water, sewer and phone service is available to the lot if building. Cell phones also work in the area.
TERMS
A processing fee of $199 will be added to the winning bid price of this auction. Buyer must contact me within 24 hours from auction close
indicating type of payment that will be made, and to give me the name
and address for the Warranty Deed to their land. Payment by Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or major credit card must be received within 3 days
from the auction close. Once I receive full payment, I will send your
Warranty Deed in for recording with the County. At the same time you
will receive a copy of this deed, the maps and other documents noted
