Elecraft K3 Trasceiver Serial Number 1140
With ATU, 100W Module, 2.7KHz and 500Hz filters and Elecraft MH2 Hand Microphone
This beauty has about 10 hours of use on it and has only been operated in my home which is a non-smoking environment. The radio is in perfect condition both mechanically and cosmetically. It was shipped from Elecraft as a kit on June 20th, 2008 and arrived here on the Friday just before Field Day :) I assembled it without encountering any problems and it has been a joy to use. I am selling it because I just don't use it enough plus I like to try many different radios, so who knows what will be next :) I believe that most people reading this know well enough what the K3 is about and how nice it is but if you have any specific questions as to my experience with it, don't hesitate to ask! I will only sell the radio with all the options listed but if you really don't need the microphone, we may be able to work something out. Included in the auction is also the microphone clip that can be secured to your desk and the assembled Andersen Power Pole cable needed to hook it up to a power supply. The cable just didn't make it into the pictures. There are O-Connectors on the other side of the power cable, which of course can be easily taken off if needed. At this point the FW version is 2.02 but I will be happy to update it to the latest at the auction winner's request before shipping. As can be seen in one of the pictures, one jack screw is missing from the RS232 connector on the back but it can be moved from the ACC connector if needed and doesn't affect performance.
I will only ship within the USA and the radio will be double boxed for safe travels :)
