Payments are to be made by PayPal only; no other payment will be accepted – No Exceptions.
Shipping Policy
In order to ensure your products are delivered promptly, please provide your best contact phone number. Our carriers require a phone number for delivery. We will not ship to International address, APO’s, FPO’s, or PO Boxes. All shipments will be delivered Free of Charge/unless noted (Extra for AK, HI, & PR) by FedEx and will require a signature. Tracking numbers are available upon request. We have a standard 1-2 day processing time on all orders before they are shipped. All freight shipments will either be delivery by Con-Way freight, SAIA freight, or FedEx freight at our discretion.
Price Protection Policy
bajawaverunner routinely adjusts its prices based on demand and the amount of stock that we have. We also routinely run sales and special promotions on many of the products that we sell. However, we are unable to offer price protection on our products. If you purchase this item and then find that we have lowered the price of the product, we will not refund the price difference to you. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Condition
These speakers are refurbished and sealed by the manufacturer and have minor cosmetic blemishes (consisting small scratches or rub like marks due to handling). These speakers come with all accessories supplied by the manufacturer in their original style retail boxes and they are guaranteed to work perfectly.
Warranty / Exchange Policy
These speakers are not covered by a manufacturer warranty (Definitive Technology will not validate any warranty regarding speakers sold through bajawaverunner). We do offer a 30 day exchange policy from time of purchase; if items are defective (meaning: dead on arrival or electronic components malfunctioning) or not as described (meaning: Major Cosmetic flaw). Cancellation Policy
All orders are subjected to a 5% charge for cancelled shipments. All cancellations must be received within 2 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Return Policy. Please be absolutely sure you are purchasing the correct item.
Return Policy
You may return any product within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in like new condition with original packaging and all accessories. All returns will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee - No Exceptions. Please include your eBay account name, item number and reason for return with your package.
