Shipping Time and Accuracy:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. The majority of orders are processed and shipped the same day. Not only do we guarantee you will receive your order in a timely fashion, but we guarantee it will be accurate as well. All orders are screened several times throughout processing to ensure the item you purchased is the item you will receive.

LTL Freight:
Most large items (TV's 47" and up) are shipped via Freight LTL carriers. Home Buy’s Plus wants to ensure you the fastest, the most professional, and the most reliable shipping service available for your purchase. We have an extensive network of shipping partners who specialize in home delivery of large items. For these deliveries you will be called ahead of time to set up a delivery date and time that works with your schedule.

Damages and Missing Parts:

Free Shipping:
Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States. If you need shipping outside of the Continental United States please Contact Us before making a purchase and we will give you shipping rates.
Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to buyer error (ex: incorrect shipping address) any subsequent shipment must be paid for by the buyer. No exceptions.

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items. If you need your item on a guaranteed date please contact us before you make your purchase. Please include your zip code and the item number(s) you are interested in so we may accurately quote an additional shipping fee for guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order is placed it may be too late to request expedited shipping.

Shipping Address:
We will only ship to the shipping address that appears on your eBay sales record. Do not request to change the shipping address after your purchase has been made. These requests will be denied and we will not be liable for any additional fees to reship or return an item due to an address change request.

Polices:

Sales Tax:
We only collect local sales tax on orders shipped within Florida, and Indiana. For areas outside of Florida and Indiana, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities.

Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order, you will need to contact a Customer Service representative here. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. The order may also be subject to a restocking fee. See Returns tab for more details.

Price Matching:
Home Buys Plus will be happy to match or beat any advertised price. If you find a better price from another authorized dealer please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you receive the best price possible.

Price Protection:
Unfortunately because of the ever changing market conditions, we do not offer price protection credits or refunds on any items previously purchased from Home Buys Plus. Prices can and will change at any time without notice based on a variety of factors that we cannot control.

Pricing Error:
With thousands of individual listings mistakes will happen. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price was an error. In this case you will be notified right away and if you work with us, we will work with you.

Out Of Stock Items:
We try very hard to have the inventory on eBay correct at all times. However with the many sales channels we operate on, there will be occasions that an item listed is out of stock. If this happens we will contact you right away and give you the option of an immediate refund or the option of waiting for the product to arrive back into stock. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

Returns:

Return Time:
You can return most items purchased from Home Buy's Plus as long as it is within the first 30 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged.

RMA Number:
Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from a Home Buy's Plus representative. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. This is a very easy process. Just Contact Us. You will be given RMA # and further instructions within 1 business day.

Restocking:
A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the total sale price of the item will be deducted from the refund for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be lowered or waived in most cases.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Our original shipping fee can be made available to you upon request. Buyer pays for return shipping. Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to buyer error (ex: incorrect shipping address) any subsequent shipment must be paid for by the buyer. No exceptions.

Refusing A Package:
If you place an order with Home Buys Plus and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the actual item (not the carton), you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally, as well as the cost of the return shipping. A 10%-20% Restocking Fee may also apply.

Defective Item:
Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced with the same exact item only. We will pay the shipping for the replacement. However, return shipping fees of the defective item are paid by the buyer. Return shipping fees are comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost even for defective merchandise. Defective large items like TV's will require at least one service call before determining if a replacement will be made. This decision can only be made by the service technician and the manufacturer. In most cases a simple service call will fix the issue.

Q: Where is my tracking information?
A: We update your tracking information the same day your item ships. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped and the tracking number(s) will be included. If you did not receive this you may also view in your "My eBay". Simply go click on your "My eBay" and then select "Won". There all tracking information will appear.

Q: Where does this item ship from?
A: The item location in this listing may or may not be the actual ship from location. We have automated shipping warehouses nationwide that are centrally located in each region. Therefore the shipping location varies depending on your location and availability. You may contact us anytime for further assistance. Please include your shipping zip code and item number.

Q: If I am buying multiple items will they all arrive at the same time?
A: Yes and No. Depending on which items you buy shipments may come from different locations. Please check your tracking number updated in my eBay to verify expected arrival dates.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
A While transit times do vary 90% of orders are delivered within 5 business days. There will at times be unexpected delays on the part of the freight/shipment carrier. Holiday Shipping times may be longer. For large items (TV's, Appliances, Entertainment Centers) average transit time is 4-7 business days.

Q: Do the items you sell come with a grey or back market warranty?
A: No. Home Buys Plus is an authorized online retailer for every product we carry. Therefore all new items will come with a full manufacturer's warranty. This is the exact same warranty you would receive from your local retail store.

Q: Do you charge state sales tax?
A: Yes. However we only charge state sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Florida and Indiana.
