This is a very easy screen to read because of the wide screen display. This has a very easy to use touch screen user interface. This display is fully motorized with full tilt controls. The cool thing about this model is the screen has a proximity sensor which automatically displays the menu buttons when the sensor detects your hand getting close to the screen.

Integrates with iPods and iPhones
The iPod integration of the KW-AVX730 is second to none. The USB input on this receiver has iPod and iPhone direct controls built in. This means you can simply plug your iPod into the USB with the wire that comes with all iPods and it will play back through this receiver. The advanced functionality on this model is called 2-way iPod controls. When connected you can control the iPod device through the receiver or directly through the iPod. This unit is iPod video ready. For this function you will need a KS-U30 iPod wire.
USB Input:
Allows easy access for you to hook up any portable, MP3 player, or other portable USB audio device including a USB thumb drive with audio and video stored on it, or a portable hard drive.
High Power and Great Sound Quality
The receiver is rated at 50 x 4 watts, which is extremely loud. This receiver is rated at 20 x 4 watts RMS, and it is CEA-2006 compliant. This means the ratings are actually tested by the industry standard. This receiver uses a MOSFET power supply which is known to power the speakers more efficiently. Built in High and Low pass Crossover filters
This feature is only found in the top of the line receivers such as this one. The high pass filter will allow you to filter out unwanted noises from your full range speakers while the low pass crossover filter will allow you to filter out unwanted noises from your bass or mid-bass speakers. A crossover also allows your speakers to play louder without distorting. The reason for this is because you are filtering out the frequencies that cause the speaker to distort easily. The crossover also will make your speakers last longer because they eliminate distortion frequencies and distortion is what causes speakers to blow. With the crossover your speakers will last 10 times longer.
Expandibility:
Ipod and Iphone Video Ready
You can use this unit with iPod video. This requires the KS-U30. For regular iPod audio playback you do not need this accessory.
Bluetooth Ready (Requires KS-BTA200)
When you connect the optional bluetooth interface (KS-BTA200), the receiver will display all your caller ID information and mute your music automatically, when you receive a phone call! When you talk using the hands free, the sound will come from your car speakers, and you can listen and talk freely!
XM and Sirius Ready:
The receiver will display artist names, and song titles, and it will give you full Satellite radio controls directly from the receiver. The Satellite radio Tuner and antenna is required for XM Radio.
HD Radio Ready (Requires KT-HD300)
There are no monthly fees, but you get free radio sub-channels which you normally would not get! The reception is also crystal clear in high definition, and best of all the receiver will display the station name, song name, and more!
