Up for auction is a BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF VINTAGE 1978 KLIPSCH LA SCALA FLOOR SPEAKERS (RAW BIRCH). The speakers are in excelent condition with only a few tiny cosmetic blemishes. One top corner has a little ding, and a few places on the bottom lip have nicks. But for being 30 years old i would rate a strong 9.2+ out of 10. You will not be disappointed when you see these beauties. The tops are very clean, no water marks or deep scratchs..The speakers work excelent and all drivers are in working order and have been tested..These have had one owner and come from a pet, smoke free home. The serial numbers are #14S758 & 14S762 with "S" Standing for 1978. The speakers use the K-77 TWEETER, K-55-V compresion driver with metal horn, & Type AA crossover network.
