The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. For shipping to Canada, PR, Alaska & Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote. After receiving payment, item is shipped within 1-2 business days. For ground shipping please allow item/items 5-14 business days. Sorry, no shipments to PO Box or APO/FPO address at this time.
Return authorization number required. Items that are initially defective within 14 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (including insurance at full value) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable). We will assist in the claim.
